Returns

You have 2 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

You are eligible for a return if the item you received does not match what was indicated on your final bill or if there is a substantial disparity between the product as shown on our website and the one delivered to you.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We do not provide refunds for items received in good condition. However, we offer exchanges for items received in poor condition or those that were wrongly delivered."

Shipping

You are responsible for the shipping costs when returning items delivered in good condition. However, we will cover the delivery costs for items that were wrongly delivered or found to be defective.

Shipping costs are non refundable.
